So, I'm gonna try something new here on the blog - Thoughtful Thursday - kind of like other people's "Motivation Monday." Actually, it's a LOT like Motivation Monday, lol. Just a different day. Everyone's posting about starting a new week on Monday mornings - we're all feeling feeling refreshed, invigorated, and full of plans for a great week of workouts. If you're anything like me, by the time Thursday rolls around - half the time you're thinking "missing today won't hurt..." So here's a little near-the-end-of-the-week motivation to keep you going strong!
