3 is not 5

I won't try to justify it.  I only did 3 even though 5 were on the schedule.  Oh well.  Still on for 11 on Saturday!

  1. I'm in the same boat as you are today... I was supposed to run 4, only was able to push out 2.5. Just really wasn't feeling it! :(

  2. Those days are the worst. When you know you CAN run the distance, but you just...can't. Yuck. Hope your next run is/was better!
