I'm skipping my normal Thursday run to go see a movie tonight. Before you boo, hiss, and nay-say skipping a training run for a movie, let me explain. It's not just any movie. It's the one-night-only, encore presentation of the Hood to Coast Movie!!! I have heard so many great things about this race and the movie, that I can't wait to see it! If it's coming to your City tonight, go see it!
So I'll bump my Thursday run to Friday, and since they're both only 2 miles this week, I'll keep my normal Saturday run so the schedule's not screwed up too badly.
OMG! Great movie, and the race looks amazing - definitely adding Hood-to-Coast to my bucket list!

ReplyDeleteI just saw today that they posted the bands for the Dallas RnR. This will be my first half. I'm really a new runner, just started in September, and have only run in 3 races (all 5k's) so far.
I have a larger bottom half of my body (always have). I'm really tiny up top and have a super tiny waist...but my hips and butt are HUGE!!! Maybe I'll try out one of the athletic skirts. I think I would like the compression shorts under. Let me know how you like them!
